GENERAL CONDITIONS

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency markets all trades conducted at Bithashex OÜ are final and non-reversible.

Refund/Return will only be considered where the User complies with the Eligibility Criteria in full. Where the User fails to meet any of the Eligibility Criteria, BITHASHEX OÜ shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to decline the User’s request for a Refund/Return.

In order to apply for a Refund/Return, the User must request and complete a Refund Form/Return Form and send the respective form to the BITHASHEX OÜ support address.

Our Refund Policy for deposits is as follows:

1. All Fiat Currencies deposits made on the Bithashex OÜ Exchange can be refunded upon written request by the customer provided that the funds remain in Fiat Currencies and have not been traded for any cryptocurrency. If only a portion of Fiat Currencies funds remain in the customer’s account then a partial refund can be requested by the customer.
2. Any Fiat Currencies that have been traded for any cryptocurrency through the Bithashex OÜ Exchange cannot be refunded.
3. Fiat Currencies and cryptocurrency that have been withdrawn from the Bithashex OÜ Exchange using any of the withdrawal methods are not eligible for a refund.
4. A request for refund must be submitted within 7 days of completing the original funding. Requests must be sent to info@Bithashex.com
5. All requests for refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original funding.
